Flashlights
About our flashlights
On our site we have a many different kinds of flashlights. One style in particular though often has people wondering; why? It is called the Anglehead flashlight.
The Anglehead Flashlight
The Anglehead Flashlight is shaped with a 90 degree bend in its neck to allow hands free use. With a clip on its side and d-ring at is base, one can hang or clip the flashlight wherever possible to allow illumination without having to actively hold the anglehead. In addition to this, the batteries have rubber o-rings to waterproof them and further add to their durability. The base of the flashlight unscrews to reveal a set of lenses (red, blue, yellow and green) which can be swapped in place of the basic clear lens.
Headlamps
The headlamp is traditionally used by campers, among many others. It is the outdoorsman’s hands-free solution. They come in many different shapes and sizes, the bigger headlamps offer more power and longer life, whereas the smaller ones are intended for the more weight-conscious campers. The headlamp, although lower powered than a Maglite, is a great tool to keep in your home or car in case of emergency; it allows you to keep a continuous stream of light where you need it without having to worry about holding or aiming it.
Also be sure to check out our shaker lights. These bad boys are completely waterproof and are powered by shaking them. A few vigorous shakes will keep these things going for a few minutes and they are great as an all-purpose last-resort emergency illumination device.
