Exchanges
Please perform an exchange if you
are not satisfied with your item and would like to exchange it
for a more appropriate substitution.
All returns are acceptable within 30 days of the shipping date. No exceptions.
1) Contact Us
If you receive
your order and you are not totally satisfied, we ask that you please
call us toll free at 877-USA-SAMS and speak to a customer service representative regarding
the problem.
Please have your ORDER ID# on hand as a reference to your order.
You can also email us service@armynavydeals.ca and
we will get back to you ASAP.
2) Ship To Us
Once you have
received an EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER you should pack your
shipment up safe and secure and ship it back to our Customer
Satisfaction Department in New York.
If your problem was caused by our error, your exchange will be processed for FREE.
Please click here to download a Return/Exchange
Form. So we are able to process your order quickly, enclose
this form with your return/exchange.

3) We Ship To You
Once we
receive your order, we will exchange your product for what you
have requested. If you have made an error during ordering or
simply would like to change your size or color, please choose the appropriate option:
Domestic US - $5.00
Canada/APOs/Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico - $10.00
International - $15.00
Please include a cash/check/money order to UNCLE SAM's to pay for the
processing, handling, and return shipping to you.
We will ship back the new item(s) usually within 6-8 days after we receive your item(s).
If you would like
EXPRESS EXCHANGE (3-4 days after we receive your return, please
include $15.00.
Please Remember:

Uncle Sam's will only accept unused and unworn items
sent back to us in the condition that they were received

All items must be properly packaged for a safe return shipment

All returned items must be accompanied by this Exchange Form

Uncle Sam's will not be responsible for any additional shipping
charges or packages that are lost during shipping.
We encourage you to get a tracking receipt in case your shipment gets lost.

Items may also be EXCHANGED in person at one of our 3
stores Please bring your emailed receipt, a $5 check, as well as a completed Exchange Form.

We are unable to accept exchanges on all bathing suits and underwear products.

You may keep your FREE DOG TAG, Coupons, and any other FREE
Goodies we sent you as our gift to you. :-)

3) We Refund You
Once we have received
your return we will process your refund and send you an email
confirmation. Please note that after we have refunded
you purchase, your refund may take a few days to take effect on your statement. We will only credit you for your product
costs and not your shipping costs, unless the refund was due
to our mistake. If we determine that your order was shipped
correctly and you are asking for a refund we may charge you an
additional 25% restocking fee due to the fact that you received
exactly what you ordered. Please refer to our exchange policy before committing to a return/refund. It is our overall goal to satisfy out customers.
